Howard Carl J was my father’s live-in carer in Cambridgeshire for three weeks as he neared the end of his life. From the start Howard built up a good relationship with my father which continued throughout the period. My father was very frail and required a lot of attention. It was beautiful to see how well my father responded to Howard’s care. Howard encouraged his recouperation from a severe urine infection, getting him back on his feet and eating meals again. Howard liaised well both with the family and district nurses. He was calm and operated without fuss. He made excellent suggestions regarding clothing, equipment and food shopping for my father. He consulted regarding the use of discretionary tranquillizers. I would say that Howard is both a compassionate and skilled carer and have no hesitation in recommending him

Howard came to look after my elderly father for over three months and was a godsend. The kindest, most cheerful and caring man one could wish for. He looked after my father perfectly in every way and became his carer, companion and friend to us all. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he raised our spirits during the most difficult of times.
